The Handle Bar and The Busyhead Project are coming together again to create an experience rooted in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. With sweeping 360° views of the city, this morning is designed to help you breathe deeper, move with intention, and show up for yourself and for each other. 


The Busyhead Project is a mental health initiative founded by Noah Kahan aimed at providing resources and information needed to end the stigma around mental health. Since launching in 2023, The Busyhead Project has raised over $4M to support 164 community based organizations across the world About View Boston

A dynamic, music-driven sculpt class designed to elevate your heart rate and ground your mind. Emily and Grace bring powerful energy, thoughtful programming, and a focus on strength through breath and presence.


  • Sound Bath – Led by Hannah F

A restorative sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into deep mindfulness. Hannah’s sound work helps quiet mental noise and open space for clarity, release, and healing.


  • Recovery Lounge

A curated post-class experience featuring assisted stretch, red-light therapy, mini-massages, Normatec compression, and more. A moment to reconnect with your body, settle your breath, and integrate the work you just did.

  • Giving Back

This event supports mental health resources across New England.

100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to mental health initiatives through The Busyhead Project.
