CYCLE
CYCLE, the HB’s signature class, is a cardio workout on a stationary bike, inspired by and programmed to the beat of the music. We offer 45- or 60-minute rides that will leave you feeling accomplished, exhilarated and drenched in sweat. Instructors utilize resistance work, hill climbs, interval pushes, and dance inspired choreography.

SCULPT
Heated with Infrared, our SCULPT classes fuse basic, but mindful, breath-to-movement vinyasa with sweat-dripping beat-based pilates inspired strength training. Instructors utilize a variety of equipment including: Bala bangles and rings, resistance bands, dumbbells and yoga blocks. These full-body workouts are designed to burn-out the upper and lower-body, as well as the core.
SCULPT is offered at Charlestown, Kenmore Square, North End, South Boston and South End
MAT-PILATES FUSION
Our Pilates Fusion class combines our signature SCULPT method with traditional mat Pilates exercises. This class is designed to ignite your core, enhance your strength, and amplify your flexibility, all while lighting up every muscle group. Instructors utilize a variety of equipment including: Bala bangles and rings, resistance bands, dumbbells and yoga blocks.
Mat Pilates Fusion is low-impact and utilizes light weights and small movements, and no cardio.

STRENGTH
Our full-body STRENGTH classes combine time-based sets and AMRAP work, to push yourself in both load and pace. Instructors offer ample modifications and amplification throughout class, to decrease or increase the intensity of the workout.
These classes utilize a variety of equipment including: light, medium and heavy dumbbells, and resistance bands.
STRENGTH is unheated and offered at North Station and South End
FLOW
Heated with Infrared, our FLOW classes deliver fluid movement, breath work, and meditation through a powerful vinyasa sequence Classes will always feature postures that allow for deep opening of the hips, hamstrings and chest to compliment our higher-intensity modalities.
FLOW is offered at Charlestown, North End, North Station and South Boston
STRENGTH & SCULPT
Offered heated or unheated, our STRENGTH & SCULPT classes combine time-based strength circuits with beat-driven, pilates inspired sculpt exercises. Instructors offer both amplifications modifications throughout class to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout. Instructors utilize a variety of equipment including: Bala bangles and rings, resistance bands and dumbbells.
