I bought a membership, when will it start? New memberships activate on the date of your first class. From there, the membership will auto-renew monthly according to the activation date.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment? All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Canceling before fulfilling the 3-month commitment will result in an early termination fee of 50% of your monthly payment.
*You may cancel anytime following the 3-month commitment, without penalty. Kindly give us 3 business days notice prior to your next payment to ensure cancellation without issue. Email info@handlebarcycling.com for support.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my membership? You can upgrade / downgrade your membership at anytime. Kindly give us 3 business days notice prior to your next payment to ensure cancellation without issue. Email info@handlebarcycling.com for support.
*Please note: If the first month of your membership is discounted, we require the membership to be active for two-months, with one month of full-payment, before downgrading.
Can I freeze my membership? We allow memberships to be frozen once per calendar year. Email info@handlebarcycling.com for freeze inquiries.
What are the late-cancellation and no-show penalties for members? We have a strict 12-hour cancellation window on all class reservations. Canceling within the 12-hour period is considered a late-cancel and results in a $15 fee, and a return of your credit within 24 hours. If you no-show a class there is a $25 penalty associated.
